信息时代,传统企业特别是工业企业面临着巨大的变革,一切传统的生产、业务流程都需要改革、再造,旧有管理模式与现代化信息技术的融合将是企业考虑的重中之重。煤炭行业受自身条件限制,在信息化建设中一直走在后面,大多数煤炭企业认为信息化建设短期见不到效益,远不如提高煤产量来得实在。信息技术对于煤炭行业来说好象没有用处。煤炭行业就不能迎来自己的信息化时代?让我们来看看山东兖矿集团公司几年信息化建设的探索。
