义马市纪委、监察局现有人员22人,内设办公室、宣传教育室、党风廉政室、纪检监察一室、纪检监察二室、信访室、效能监察室、案件审理室8个科室。近几年来,义马市纪委、监察局在上级纪检监察机关和市委、市政府的正确领导下,紧紧围绕全市工作大局,始终坚持党的反腐倡廉战赂方针,全面落实反腐倡廉工作部署,坚持突出重点、突出创新、突出特色,突出实效的工作思路,党风廉政建设和反腐败工作取得了新的明显成效,部分工作创出了亮点,形成了特色,走在全省、全三门峡市的前列,为全市经济社会持续、快速、健康发展,提供了有力保证。被评为2001-2006年度全省纪检监察系统先进集体,连续五年被评为三门峡市党风廉政建设责任制和纪检监察工作优秀单位。义马市纪委监察局高度重视队伍建设,通过抓班子带队伍,全面加强思想政治教育和业务培训,提高了队伍的整体素质。坚持市纪委中心组学习制度,班子的整体理论水平和领导能力不断提高。坚持民主集中制,民主管理,民主决策,重大事情集体研究。班子成员分工明确,团结协作,大事讲原则,小事讲风格,班子的核心堡垒作用不断加强。连续四年被市委、市政府评为立功单位。工作求真务实,勇于开拓创新。始终坚持“以创新精神抓特色,以特色工作促全局”的工作思路,通过确立全市纪裣监察特色工作项目、建立专项目标责任制、实行重点督促检查等措旋,取得了明显效果,部分特色工作形成了新的亮点。农村财务改革、优化经济发展环境、行政效能监察、廉政文化建设等工作、受到了上级纪委的充分肯定。纪检监察信访工作、信息工作、宣传工作、优化经济发展环境工作、反腐败抓源头工作分别被省纪委评为先进。中纪委、监察部工作信息、简报先后给予报道,《河南内参》、省纪委《监察情况综合》、三门峡纪委《工作通报》等也专门介绍了该市的这些做法。
