Part I: a distinctive track joint-stock cooperative system is two different forms of economic organization and enterprise system, which in the developed world has 200 years of history. However, integrating the two into one and becoming a joint-stock cooperative system is unique to China. This kind of economic pattern that has only emerged after the reform and opening up was pointed out by General Secretary Jiang Zemin in his report to the 15th National Congress of the CPC.
