目的发现临床用药中出现的不合理现象并进行分析,以促进临床用药逐步规范。方法药师通过病历检查及平时查房发现典型病历进行分析。结果药师能及时发现临床用药中的一些不合理问题。结论药师与医师应加强合作,尽量减少临床用药中的不合理现象。
Objective To find out the unreasonable phenomena in clinical medication and analyze them to promote the gradual standardization of clinical medication. Methods Pharmacists through the medical records and peacetime rounds of typical medical records were analyzed. Results pharmacists can discover some of the unreasonable problems in clinical medication. Conclusion The pharmacists and physicians should strengthen cooperation to minimize the unreasonable phenomenon in the clinical medication.
