花卉过湿解救法仙人掌及多肉植物等怕湿花卉,遇雨淋后,若不及时采取措施,再加上闷热天气,就会烂根、烂茎 (块茎)以至窒息死亡。解救的方法是将炉灰冷却至30℃以下,堆培在盆口上,就会很快把水分吸人灰内。一次不成,除掉湿灰,再培一次。用液化气的城市,如无此条件,可买木炭或生石灰吸湿,但生石灰须用旧布或废纸包上,以免其粉化后危害喜酸性花卉,这样数小时之内即可解决问题。
