近年来,随着高师音乐专业招生人数的不断扩大,学习钢琴的学生越来越多,钢琴教师的负担也越来越重,严重影响了教学效率和质量。不少高校为了解决师资力量匮乏的问题,纷纷采取了钢琴小组课的教学模式,经过试验,取得了良好的效果,提高了教学效率,促进了学生学习积极性和心理素质的提高等等。新的教学模式需要有新的教学理念和方法与之相适应,教师要转变观念,改善教学方法,以便更好的利用起小组小学这种教学模式,为提高学生的综合素质打下良好的基础。
In recent years, with the increasing enrollment of music majors in higher normal colleges, more and more students are learning the piano, and the burden of the piano teachers is also getting heavier and heavier, seriously affecting the teaching efficiency and quality. In order to solve the problem of shortage of teachers, many colleges and universities have adopted the teaching mode of the Piano Group lesson. After tests, they have achieved good results, improved the teaching efficiency, promoted the enthusiasm of the students and improved the psychological quality and so on. The new teaching model needs new teaching ideas and methods to adapt to it. Teachers should change their concepts and improve their teaching methods in order to make better use of the teaching mode of group primary schools so as to lay a good foundation for improving the overall quality of students.
