综合已发表的集安高句丽碑156个字的研读成果,又新识读出了28个字,目前共识读出188个字。集安高句丽碑是一通铭刻守墓烟户制度的律令碑,从已经识读出的碑文情况看,可以分作两大部分:第一部分是从1行至4行末,第二部分是从5行至10行最后。第一部分重点阐述了树碑的缘由,从碑文看可分三段解读。第二部分碑文内容主要是追述先圣的功绩、刊石立碑、重申律令、铭其烟户头和违令处罚,大致可分五段解读。
