一、运价改革要认真研究价值规律 我国经济体制改革的目标是建立社会主义市场经济体制。市场经济是以价值规律为基础的经济体系,它包含供求、价格、竞争三个要素。为使这三大要素在我国市场经济的运行中构成有机联系和有序运动,现实的紧迫需要是,深入学习马克思的价值理论,在充分认识价值规律及其作用的方式和形式的基础上,自觉地把握和审慎地应用价格杠杆和竞争机制,调控市场供求关系的变化,促进市场体系的健全发育和良性循环。
