吗丁啉(Domperidone)引起锥体外系反应及脑电图异常极少见。现将我院遇到1例报告如下。 患者,女,22岁。以头颈、躯干扭转1天入院。入院前3天因上腹不适、恶心、食欲不振到本院门诊,诊断“胃炎”,给予吗丁啉80mg/d,分4次口服。第7次服药后(第3天早上),出现持续性双眼向右侧凝视,头颈扭向右侧,至中午第8次服药后病情加剧,出现躯干向右侧扭转,神志清楚,无头痛。以往无类似发作。入院检查:737℃,P100次/分。R22次/分,BP14/10kPa,
