自1967年Amiel开创了人类组织相容性抗原(HLA)与疾病相关的研究后,不少学者对HLA与疾病相关的研究作了大量的工作。癫痫与遗传的关系一向为人们所关注,为此,我们对癫痫病人与HLA相关性作了初步调查,现报道如下。材料和方法 1.临床资料病人组46例系我院癫痫专科门诊的汉族病人,全部有明确的病史和典型的发作,部分作了头部CT扫描,个别作了DSA检查,排除了头部外伤,炎症,血管性疾病,肿瘤等继发性癫痫。对照组98例系广州医学院健康职工。
Since 1967, when Amiel pioneered disease-related research on human histocompatibility antigens (HLA), many scholars have done a great deal of work on HLA-related research. Epilepsy and genetic relationship has always been of concern for people, for which we have made a preliminary investigation of the relationship between epilepsy patients and HLA, are reported below. Materials and Methods 1. Clinical data Patient group 46 cases of Department of Epilepsy specialist outpatient Han patients in our hospital, all have a clear history and typical episodes, some made head CT scan, individual made DSA examination, ruled out head trauma , Inflammation, vascular disease, cancer and other secondary epilepsy.
