为认真贯彻黄菊副总理、金人庆部长和王军副部长关于加强会计工作的有关指示精神,认真规划新时期辽宁会计工作,3月3日,辽宁省财政厅厅长邴志刚主持召开厅党组扩大会议,要求全省会计工作要以会计诚信建设为核心全面推进各项会计工作。邴志刚指出,加强会计诚信建设是当前全省会计工作的重中之重。尽管这些年辽宁会计工作和注册会计师行业管理取得很多成绩,但按市场经济要求,按法治国家、法治财政要求还存在差距,特别是在会计诚信建设上差
