一、云南电网公司创先工作取得了明显成效按照南方电网公司关于开展创建国内先进水平供电局工作的部署,公司2008年5月启动了创建国内先进水平供电局工作。五年多来,公司按照“全球视野定标杆、结合实际寻路径、持之以恒求实效、持续改进上台阶”的创先工作方针,先行先试、积极探索。2012年,公司顺利实现了南方电网公司战略第一步确定的创先目标,主要创先指标均优于目标要求。——形成了省公司、供电局、县公司战略管理体系。公司全面贯彻落实南方电网公司中长期发展战略,制定了公司子战略。公司20个部门编制了2013年至2015年行动计划;22家供电单位和90家县级供电企业编制了战略实施和创先方案;9家专业分、子公司正在制定战略实施和创先方案。初步形成了公
