腹泻与肠炎有时是抗生素治疗后诱发的疾病。近年来大量的临床及实验室研究证明抗生素诱发的肠炎大多数是由于难辨梭状芽胞杆菌(难辨菌)在肠道内过发生长,产生毒素所致。我院1982年10月至1983年12月发现41例抗生素诱发性结肠炎,着重临床,实验室诊断及治疗。
Diarrhea and enteritis are sometimes induced diseases after antibiotic treatment. In recent years, a large number of clinical and laboratory studies have shown that the majority of antibiotic-induced enteritis is due to Clostridium difficile (difficile) overgrowth in the intestine to produce toxins. Our hospital from October 1982 to December 1983 found 41 cases of antibiotic-induced colitis, focusing on clinical, laboratory diagnosis and treatment.
