经济较发达的长三角地区近年来,出现阶段性的用工荒。本文基于对典型经济外向型城市昆山进行实证调研分析,通过对大、中、小微样本企业、一线劳动者、劳务中介公司、昆山人力资源市场、政府部门等进行问卷调查,从劳动力因素、社会因素、经济因素、制度因素等影响因子进行实证分析,旨在透视昆山市近年来出现“用工荒”的现状、特征及其原因,并有针对性为企业和政府提出可行性建议,促进社会经济和谐稳定发展。
In recent years, the economically developed Yangtze River Delta region has experienced a period of labor shortage.
