位于江西省东乡县的江西红星企业集团原是一家有40多年历史、年产值超亿元的企业集团。但2001年企业亏损3700万元,拖欠银行债务5亿元。短短3年多时间,红星集团公司先后发生了原董事长、总经理傅建军涉嫌贪污、受贿、挪用公款案等10多起经济串案窝案,暴露出企业改制过程中的种种问题,发人深思。
Located in Dongxiang County, Jiangxi Province, Jiangxi Red Star Enterprise Group was originally a 40-year history, the annual output value of over one hundred million yuan of enterprise groups. However, in 2001 corporate losses of 37 million yuan, 500 million yuan owed bank debt. In just over three years, Red Star Group Corporation successively took place in more than 10 cases of economic cases involving corruption, bribery and misappropriation of public funds by former chairman and general manager Fu Jianjun, exposing various problems in the process of enterprise restructuring and issuing thought-provoking thinking .
