大数据风起云涌。大数据不仅仅是概念和热点,更是一种全新的能力。图书情报人员作为专业信息专业人员,了解大数据知识,掌握大数据技能,运用大数据手段,提升大数据能力,同样是大数据时代所赋予的新要求、新挑战与新任务。《图书情报工作》杂志社将提升图书情报人员新型能力作为自己的重要社会责任与使命,每年举办一次新型图书情报人员能力提升研修班。2016年的研修班主题聚焦为“大数据时代图书情报人员新能力”。
Big data surging. Big data is not just concepts and hot spots, but also a brand new ability. As a professional information professional, librarians enjoy knowledge of big data, master big data skills and use big data to improve their big data capabilities. They are also new requirements, new challenges and new tasks endowed by the big data era. “Library and Information Service” magazine will enhance the librarians new capabilities as their own important social responsibility and mission, held a new librarian intelligence ability to enhance seminars. The theme of the 2016 seminar was “New Capabilities of Librarians in the Big Data Age.”
