There are hundreds of water conservancy scientific research institutes in our country, but only one is individual. This is Dayu Resource System Research and Development Department located in Chegongzhuang West Road (hereinafter referred to as Dayu). This is a privately-owned water science institute whose founder is Dr. Fan Leh-nien. Dr. Fan has been engaged in water conservancy work for more than 20 years. After graduating from Taiwan University in his early years, he went to the United States for post-doctoral studies in the United States engaged in environmental hydraulics, hydraulics and water systems engineering for 14 years.
