小儿气管异物取出术是耳鼻喉科常见的急诊手术,诸如硬质气管镜对气道刺激大、麻醉与手术共用一个通道、手术时间的不确定等都是麻醉医生面临的挑战,尤其是术中呼吸的管理,常常困扰着麻醉医生。传统麻醉方法为全身麻醉保留呼吸,但并发症较多。本研究尝试采用呼吸回路连接硬质气管镜控制呼吸在小儿气管异物取出术中的应用,旨在探讨一种更为安全实用的麻醉通气方法。
