为了研究淋巴水肿时病理变化的发生机理,了解淋巴郁滞时淋巴液的动力学变化,掌握淋巴管再生规律,以及为了改进淋巴水肿的治疗方法,必需制作淋巴水肿的动物实验模型.既往曾报道种种制作淋巴水肿实验模型的方法,但成功率低,不易复制;本文报道用兔耳制作淋巴水肿实验模型的方法.在50只实验免中,除3只误伤兔耳中央血管以外,余47只全部成功地制成兔耳淋巴水肿模型.同时报导在淋巴水肿实验研究中的病理所见.
