在 Baban 的文献中,报道了用碱性 Ba-EDTA 溶液作为载流液,把酸性试样注入到含有 EDTA 的碱性载流中。试样带的酸度足以使硫酸钡析出,而载流中过量的 EDTA 使沉淀的残留物溶解。从而保持了系统的清洁。
In Baban’s paper, it has been reported that a basic Ba-EDTA solution is used as a carrier liquid and an acidic sample is injected into a basic carrier containing EDTA. The acidity of the sample strip is sufficient to cause barium sulfate to precipitate, while the excess EDTA in the carrier stream dissolves the precipitated residue. Thus keeping the system clean.
