本文用半解析半离散的方法,对具有椭球封头的法兰连接圆筒压力容器进行了分析。理论分析结果表明,法兰截面尺寸对壳体中的应力分布及法兰变形起着重要的作用。因此,适当选取法兰截面尺寸及连接螺栓的直径,可以减小、甚至消除壳体与法兰连接处的弯曲应力。这对圆筒压力容器法兰连接的优化设计具有重要的意义。 在理论分析的基础上,我们还建议了一种新的法兰连接形式。
In this paper, a semi-analytical semi-discrete method was used to analyze the flanged cylindrical pressure vessel with an ellipsoidal head. The theoretical analysis results show that the flange section size plays an important role in stress distribution and flange deformation in the shell. Therefore, the proper choice of the flange section size and the diameter of the connecting bolt can reduce or even eliminate the bending stress at the joint between the housing and the flange. This is of great significance to the optimal design of the flange connection of a cylindrical pressure vessel. Based on theoretical analysis, we also propose a new form of flange connection.
