为了解氟暴露对工人机体脂质过氧化作用的影响以及“抗氟灵”的疗效,选接氟工人,分中毒组、接氟组和对照组,在服“抗氟灵”前后采血留尿测定血中LPO、GSH含量,GSH-Px、SOD活性及尿氟、BF-4含量。结果可见服药前尿F-、血清LPO中毒组和接氟组较对照组明显增高,尿BF-4、血GSH、GSH-Px与SOD与对照组未见显著差异。服药后BF-4、GSH-Px、SOD比对照组显著升高,而尿F-、血LPO升高与服药前比较变化不大。说明氟可使机体脂质过氧化作用增强,“抗氟灵”驱氟主要以BF-4形式排出,在体内氟负荷减轻时GSH-Px、SOD抗氧化酶活性有代偿性增高,“抗氟灵”在干预氟对机体损伤方面有一定效果
