异黄酮衍生物 MHDF 和 MHPF 是我所合成的、对心血管系统具有广泛作用的化合物。本实验用小鼠尾静脉注射同位素~(86)Rb 示踪法,测得 MHDF 和 MHPF 对正常活动小鼠的心肌营养血流无明显影响。但能对抗β受体激动剂异丙肾上腺素所致心肌营养血流的改变。其作用强度比特异性拮抗荆普茶洛尔稍弱。在垂体后叶素所致心肌缺血模型上,MHDF 能明显增加心肌营养血流,与硝酸甘油的作用相似。提示,MHDF对收缩的血管平滑肌有较强的舒张效应。MHDF 和 MHPF 在整体动物中都不能对抗CaCl_2对心肌营养血流所造成的改变。
Isoflavone Derivatives MHDF and MHPF are compounds that I have synthesized and have a broad spectrum of effects on the cardiovascular system. In this experiment, the tail vein injection of isotope ~ (86) Rb tracer method, measured MHDF and MHPF on normal activity in mice with no significant effect on cardiac nourishing blood flow. But can antagonize the change of myocardial nutrition blood flow induced by isoproterenol, a β-receptor agonist. Its role than the specific antagonism of Jingpuchaolol weaker. In the model of pituitrin-induced myocardial ischemia, MHDF can significantly increase cardiac nourishing blood flow, similar to that of nitroglycerin. Tip, MHDF contraction of vascular smooth muscle has a strong relaxation effect. Neither MHDF nor MHPF can counteract the changes that CaCl2 exerts on cardiotrophic blood flow in whole animals.
