目的 探讨吻合器、闭合器、荷包成形器在食道 (贲门 )癌手术中的应用。方法 总结 31 8例食道(贲门 )癌手术中联合使用消化道吻合器、闭合器、荷包成形器的作用。结果 联合使用上述三种器械效果满意。结论 掌握应用指征 ,熟练操作技术 ,机械吻 (缝 )合具有操作简便、技术可靠、节省时间、并发症少等优点
Objective To investigate the application of stapler, occluder and pouch former in esophageal (cardia) cancer surgery. Methods 318 cases of esophageal (cardia) cancer surgery combined with the use of digestive tract stapler, closure device, the role of the purse. The results of joint use of the three devices satisfactory results. Conclusion To master the application indications, skilled operation techniques, mechanical kiss (seam) with a simple operation, reliable technology, save time, fewer complications and so on
