一直以来,女性形象就被看作是西方电影中一个不可或缺的重要组成部分,或多或少地呈现出性别不平等意识和价值观念,而女性自我意识的发展历程也在电影中得到完美的呈现,基本同整个社会中的女性意识发展潮流保持同一步调。可以说,西方电影中女性形象也经历着臣服、觉醒与自我反思三个阶段。到了21世纪,伴随时代发展与女性意识的高度觉醒,西方电影中的女性形象也发生了一定变化。故文章就21世纪西方电影中女性形象的转变展开具体论述。
