在当前深化改革、推进国家治理体系和治理能力现代化过程中,构建现代公共文化服务体系更加突出了公共文化服务体系建设的时代性、创新性和开放性要求,在此背景下,作为政府文化部门,应高度关注“六个”问题:全面建设小康社会中的文化民生问题;经济发展方式转型中的文化发展问题;工业化、城镇化加速进程中的文化坚守问题;社会转型、社会管理中的文化心态问题;多元、多样化的精神需求中的文化引领问题;艺术繁荣发展中的文化创新问题。
