现行的铣活塞直槽的方法有两种:一是小批量生产在X62W卧式万能铣床上加工,这样需设一套专用夹具,同时机床占地面积大,成本高;二是用专用的铣横直槽专机,结构复杂,成本高。另外活塞采用圓止口定位和顶部上、下液压夹紧,直槽加工容易偏移,毛刺大,影响活塞直槽的加工精度。同样是效率低,不便于多品种的活塞加工。为此,根据实际情况,我们利用C620中拖板设计制造了一台简易铣活
