在生产中会遇到这样的问题:在纯铜材料上钻 M6深50mm 的螺孔时,当螺纹底孔钻头钻至状约32mm深时,钻削情况不正常,如再钻深,便开始发出刺耳的尖叫声,而且还会出现钻头被卡甚至折断的现象,故钻头损耗很大。为此,我们经过多次试验,得出下列办法解决了此问题。在钻头的顶端6~7mm 范围内保留钻头原来直径,磨小钻头其余圆柱部份的外径,减小支承面。经这样改进后的钻头,经使用、效果良好。此法也适用于其他粘性金属。
