目前我国的医院绝大部分来自于事业单位编制,虽然人事编制隶属于国家,但是财务制度却相对独立,正是由于这种相对独立的财务制度的存在,导致我国公立医院的财务内部控制非常混乱。本文在查阅大量相关文献资料的基础上,结合自身工作经验就医院财务系统内部控制的诸多问题进行剖析,并提出未来发展建议与对策。
At present, most of the hospitals in our country come from the establishment of public institutions. Although the personnel establishment belongs to the state, the financial system is relatively independent. It is precisely because of the existence of such a relatively independent financial system that the financial internal control of public hospitals in our country is very chaotic . Based on a large amount of relevant documents and references, this article analyzes many problems in the internal control of the financial system of the hospital with its own working experience, and puts forward suggestions and countermeasures for future development.
