随着企事业单位对员工绩效考核的重视,财会人员的绩效考核也在不断完善。而对财会人员绩效考核的量化能够较为准确、客观的反映实际情况,有利于提高财务管理水平,激励财会人员工作。本文通过对财会人员绩效考核量化的重要性分析,结合当前财会绩效考核存在的问题,提出了量化财会人员绩效考核的思路。
As enterprises and institutions attach importance to employee performance appraisal, accounting performance appraisal staff are also constantly improving. The quantification of the performance appraisal of accounting staff can be more accurate and objective to reflect the actual situation, is conducive to improving the level of financial management, incentive accounting staff work. Based on the analysis of the importance of quantification of the performance appraisal of the finance and accounting personnel and the existing problems in the performance appraisal of the current accounting and accounting, this paper puts forward the idea of quantifying the performance appraisal of the appraisal staff.
