In promoting the quality promotion project for female staff and workers, the Beijing Women’s Workers Union of the Trade Union of Beijing Railway Bureau has consistently achieved outstanding results by focusing on ideological guidance, skill training, promulgating laws and regulations, highlighting health popularization, and comprehensively upgrading the overall quality of female staff.
