日前,河北省唐山市曹妃甸工业区的海水淡化进京工程已获河北省发改委批准,并上报国家发改委审批。如获批,这一工程将在年底动工建设,预计最快2019年投产并开始向北京输水,届时可日均淡化100万吨海水,满足北京约1/3的用水需求。据了解,该项目总投资170亿元。其中,制水工程一期为每天100万吨,投资70亿元;曹妃甸至北京铺设270公里输水管道,投资100亿元。目前,各项前期工作正在有序推进,输水管道运营公司已经完成注册。淡化后的海水直接进入北京的水厂,预计成本为每吨8元。
