《含笑花》是云南省文山州文联主办的文学双月刊。从1989年3月创刊以来,到2014年上半年止,26年间已出刊193期,共发表小说、散文、诗歌、文学评论以平均每期64个页码计算,总数已超过两千万字。对于一个地处边陲的地州级刊物,这是很难以坚持做到的。其严谨务实立足本土的办刊宗旨既执着而诚厚,其开拓和繁荣边地文学事业的信念和坚守更是难能而可贵。兹仅对2014年上半年1至3期刊物,及其所载作品作一点粗浅的
“Laughing Flower” is a literary bimonthly organized by Yunnan Wenshan Prefecture Literary Federation. Since its publication in March 1989, by the first half of 2014, there have been 193 issues in 26 years. A total of 64 pages of each issue of novels, essays, poems and literary criticisms have been counted, with a total of more than 20 million words. It is hard to stick to a state publication that is located on the edge of the border. Its rigorous and pragmatic based on the local purpose of running both persistent and sincere, and its pioneering and prosperous faith and perseverance in the literature is even more impressive and valuable. It is only a bit superficial to the 1st to 3rd issue of the first half of 2014 and the works contained therein
