现代化大型液压挖掘机为了适应施工中外负荷变化大,变化频繁的工况,并且追求有效地利用发动机功率、降低生产成本,大都采用恒功率变量系统。一般地说,恒功率变量系统可以使泵输出的流量随负荷的变化而变化,以实现自动调速的目的,从而充分利用发动机功率。然而,挖掘机在具体的挖掘循环过程中,情况往往是较复杂的,是变化不定的。单纯由挖掘机的主泵输出压力来调整主泵输出流量,由于液压系统中还有先导泵回路以及回转回路
