申论,是从去年2月18日,中央、国家机关在首都所举行的公务员考试才作为重要考试内容列入公务员考试范围的。今年的专升本考试亦引入文科的重要考试内容。在今年五月初举行的上海市公务员录用考试三大笔试内容中又明确宣布,此项考试如不及格,即使总分达线,也不能列入面试之列。申论的考试如此重要,我们应认真重视。现就申论的写作谈儿点浅见。一、什么是申论孔子云:
