一、入世,是经济入世,政府入世,归根到底是法律入世中国加入WTO,首先是经济入世。加入WTO后对中国经济的影响是人们谈论、争论最多的问题。然而如果把视野放开一些,不难察觉,入世实际上是政府入世。因为,WTO协定约束的对象是政府,入世最大的挑战是对政府职能、行政体制和管理方式的挑战。但审视经济与政府入世的本质,我们又会发现,入世归根到底,是法律入世。入世说到底,是要承认和遵循WTO
I. Accession to the WTO means that after China’s accession to the WTO, its entry into the WTO and its entry into the WTO will ultimately lead to its entry into the WTO. The impact on China’s economy after joining the WTO is one of the most talked about and controversial issues. However, if we let some of our horizons open, it is not hard to see that the accession to the WTO is actually the government’s accession to the WTO. Because, the object of the WTO agreement bound by the government, the biggest challenge is to enter the WTO on the government functions, administrative systems and management challenges. However, if we look at the essence of the economy and the government’s accession to the WTO, we will find that the WTO entry is ultimately the accession of the law to the WTO.
