L8—60/7型空气压缩机经一段时间使用后,在排气孔法兰处发生裂纹。气缸材质为HT20-40灰口铸铁。排气孔壁厚18毫米,裂纹长约100毫米,穿过一个M20的丝孔。气缸体积为φ760×600毫米,裂纹处于整个铸件的中心部位。气缸的工作压力为7公斤/毫米~2,工作温度160℃。根据“铜锌基”钎焊所具有的低温高强度的特点,结合此铸件大、结构复杂的特点,采用钎焊方法焊补修复了铸件。
After the L8-60 / 7 air compressor is used for a period of time, cracks occur in the exhaust flange. Cylinder material is HT20-40 gray cast iron.
