(一)前言为了彻底改变我国锻造行业的落后面貌,努力赶上和超过世界先进水平,使锻造行业实现机械化,自动化,以减轻繁重的体力劳动,快锻水压机的出现使上述目的成为可能,在设计此快锻水压机时,考虑到操作方便等各方面的原因,机架采用了单臂 C 型框架结构(见图1)。这种结构在操作时固然有其优点,但在结构强度方面,往往不可避免地会在过渡圆弧
(I) Preface In order to completely change the backwardness of the forging industry in our country, and strive to catch up with and surpass the world’s advanced level so that the forging industry can be mechanized and automated so as to reduce heavy manual labor, the emergence of the quick-forging hydraulic press makes the above purposes possible. When designing this fast-forging hydraulic press, the single-arm C-frame structure is adopted for the rack in consideration of the convenience of operation and the like (see Fig. 1). This structure has its advantages in operation, but in the structural strength, it is often inevitable that in the transitional arc
