在定义生态交通效率概念的基础上,将城市交通能源消耗、环境污染纳入城市道路网络优化中,构建了基于生态交通效率的城市道路网络双层优化模型。模型以生态交通效率最大化为目标,以道路建设投资、能源消耗、环境保护为约束条件,采用遗传算法与模拟退火算法的混合求解策略求解。实例应用结果表明:改进后的模型能在规划中克服传统规划对环境保护、能源消耗等因素考虑不足的缺陷,提供考虑因素更为全面的网络优化方案,为可持续城市交通的发展提供参考依据。
On the basis of defining the concept of ecological traffic efficiency, urban traffic energy consumption and environmental pollution are integrated into urban road network optimization, and a bi-level optimization model of urban road network based on ecological traffic efficiency is constructed. The objective of this model is to maximize the efficiency of eco-transportation. Constraints of road construction investment, energy consumption and environmental protection are used to solve the problem. The genetic algorithm and simulated annealing algorithm are used to solve the model. The results of application show that the improved model can overcome the shortcomings of traditional planning such as inadequate consideration of environmental protection and energy consumption in the planning and provide a more comprehensive network optimization plan to provide a reference for the sustainable development of urban transport .
