詹×男 70岁剧烈头痛,左额部长水疱,左眼红痛,羞明,视力下降16天。1981年元月12日入院。既往体健,全身体查无异常。视力:右0.5、左1尺指数。左侧三叉神经眼支区皮肤可见簇带状色素斑点,不超正中线。该区皮肤感觉迟钝,上睑下垂,眼球运动正常,结膜水肿,睫状充血,角膜知觉丧失,前房深浅正常,瞳孔园形散大约7mm,对光反应迟钝。眼底不能查,眼压43mmHg。诊断:
