青光眼患者视功能损害系由眼压长期升高引起。眼压高可使眼血液动力学障碍,以及眼内氧化过程减弱。眼缺氧导致视网膜等眼组织受损。作者采用可以改善眼内氧化过程的药物—5%单糖羟酪酸钠(sodium oxybutyrate)及活性抗次黄嘌呤()观察对青光眼患者视功能和血液动力学状态的影响。口服,每日3次,30天为一疗程。39例青光眼患者(男23,女16),年龄多数为50~65岁。开角型青光眼33例,闭角型3例,单眼青光眼3例。所有患者均行缩瞳治疗。其中18例由于眼压较高,曾早期手术。开始治疗时24例眼压在24mmHg以下,15例在22~31mmHg之间。详细
Visual impairment in patients with glaucoma caused by the long-term rise in intraocular pressure. The authors examined the effects of 5% monosaccharide sodium oxybutyrate and active hypoxanthine on visual function and hemodynamic status in patients with glaucoma, using a drug that improves intraocular oxidation. Open-angle glaucoma in 33 cases, angle-closure in 3 cases, monocular glaucoma in 3 cases.
