当前,在国际经济持续走低,国内煤炭市场异常严峻的形势下,煤炭企业如何进行二次创业实现转型发展,扭亏增盈,走出困境,解决数以千计职工生活,是煤炭企业当前亟待解决的迫切问题。然煤炭企业党建工作,如何围绕煤炭企业中心工作,正视困难、坚定信心,把握机遇、兴利除弊,真抓实干,以高度负责的精神、积极向上的态度、求真务实的作风,更加有力的措施,推动各项工作稳步推进当好先锋,切实实现与服务的企业同频共振,共渡难关。笔者结合工作实际,从三个方面浅谈做好煤炭企业党建工作。
