从2008年七月刊开始,本刊将增设《房导指数》栏目。该栏目旨在通过统计分析北京、上海、广州、深圳、武汉、重庆、杭州、大连、南京、沈阳、成都和西安等12个重点城市的变动指数及交易量变化指数,对后市作出判断。其具体内容拟覆盖五大部分:样本城市楼价变动及指数;地产经理人信心指数;土地价格及交易量指数;建筑钢材及主要建材价格指数;消费者预期购房指教。欢迎各中介机构及研究机构供稿或提供相关数据。
From the July 2008 issue of this magazine will be added “room guide index” section. The purpose of this section is to make a judgment on the market outlook by statistically analyzing the change indices and the trading volume indices of 12 key cities in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Wuhan, Chongqing, Hangzhou, Dalian, Nanjing, Shenyang, Chengdu and Xi’an. Its specific content to be covered in five parts: changes in property prices in the sample cities and indices; real estate managers confidence index; land prices and trading volume index; building steel and building materials price index; consumers expect buyers advice. All intermediaries and research institutes are welcome to submit or provide relevant data.
