先进装备制造业是衡量一个国家或地区工业化程度和国际竞争力的重要标志,因此,对先进装备制造企业的创新能力进行评价研究具有重要的现实意义。文章通过构建先进装备制造企业创新能力评价指标体系,结合某地区16家先进装备制造企业的相关数据,建立数据包络分析法(DEA)模型拟合得出该地区先进装备制造企业的创新效率,并从综合效率、纯技术效率、规模效率等方面进行评价和分析,继而提出针对性对策进一步引导企业不断提高创新效率,推动产业的可持续发展。
Advanced equipment manufacturing industry is an important indicator to measure the degree of industrialization and international competitiveness of a country or region. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to evaluate the innovation capability of advanced equipment manufacturing enterprises. By constructing the index system of innovation capability of advanced equipment manufacturing enterprises and combining with the data of 16 advanced equipment manufacturing enterprises in a certain area, the paper establishes a data envelopment analysis (DEA) model to get the innovation efficiency of advanced equipment manufacturing enterprises in this area, And from the overall efficiency, purely technical efficiency, economies of scale and other aspects of evaluation and analysis, and then put forward targeted measures to further guide enterprises to continuously improve the efficiency of innovation and promote the sustainable development of industry.
