福州大学电气控制设备厂从事开发电子控制式喷油泵试验台的历史已有十余年,目前生产的12PSD系列试验台有55-5型、75-5型、100-5型、170-5型,另外还生产各类专用油泵试验台。这些油泵试验台可对12缸以下的各种大小柴油机的喷油泵与调速器工作性能进行有效检测,可供有关的工矿企业、交通运输、研究设计部门以及院校等单位选购使用。油泵试验台采用可控硅自动稳速系统,TTL集成电路数字控制,具有自动稳速、自动测速、自校、喷油次数显示自动控制、提前角测示、真空及高低压供油等功能,有操作方便、性能稳定、精度高、噪声低、耗电少等优点。12PSD系列油泵试验台荣获1979年福建省科技成果奖,曾代表国产品跟日本同行进行技术交流,并获得好评。一、基本技术性能 1.工作电压三相四线,允许波动±10％～20％;
