近几年来,CIO日益成为我国企业高层管理团队中令人尊敬和瞩目的群体。他们也越来越成为左右企业的力量之一,但我们对这一群体的了解还很少,认识也还嫌浮浅。在国外,业界对CIO 已有15年的研究历史,有专门的研究机构挖掘和总结CIO的成功经验、开发CIO 的领导力和战略能力。在此次针对中国 CIO的针对性调查中,我们以国内CIO的环境扫描和信息获取、CEO和CIO的共享认知模式为切入点,试图对我国的CIO 群体能有更深入的了解与认识。
In recent years, the CIO has increasingly become a respected and visible group of top management teams in our country. They are also increasingly becoming one of the forces around the enterprise, but we know very little about this group and our understanding is too superficial. Abroad, the industry has a history of 15 years of CIO research, a dedicated research institute to tap and summarize the CIO’s successful experience, the development of CIO’s leadership and strategic capabilities. In this targeted survey of CIOs in China, we try to make a deeper understanding and understanding of CIOs in China by starting with the environmental scanning and information acquisition of domestic CIOs and the shared cognitive model of CEOs and CIOs.
