目的分析长兴县农药中毒人群特征,了解农药中毒状况,为制定防治措施提供科学依据。方法收集长兴县2006-2012年的农药中毒登记报告信息,使用SPSS16.0软件进行统计与分析。结果累计报告中毒1 001例,死亡35例,死亡率为3.5%,生产性农药中毒以男性为主(198/273),非生产性农药中毒以女性为主(435/728),两者差异有统计学意义(χ2=82.8,P<0.05)。在非生产性农药中毒中,男女性别差异有统计学意义(χ2=11.2,P<0.05),自服农药的女性远多于男性。农药中毒中男性的平均年龄为(47.4±20.2)岁,女性为(41.4±17.2)岁,两性的年龄构成差异有统计学意义(t=5.0,P<0.05)。随着年龄的增长,中毒者的死亡率逐渐上升,且差异有统计学意义(χ2=15.7,P<0.05)。农药中毒主要集中在第三季度,导致中毒的农药主要是有机磷类杀虫剂,以敌敌畏和甲胺磷为主。结论农药中毒主要发生在第三季度,以有机磷类杀虫剂农药为主。非生产性中毒已经成为主要的中毒类型,严重威胁着居民的生命安全。
Objective To analyze the characteristics of pesticide poisoning in Changxing County, understand the status of pesticide poisoning, and provide a scientific basis for the formulation of prevention and control measures. Methods The report of pesticide poisoning registration in Changxing County from 2006 to 2012 was collected and analyzed by SPSS16.0 software. Results A total of 1 001 cases of poisoning and 35 deaths were reported, with a mortality rate of 3.5%. Male-dominated productive pesticide poisoning (198/273) and female-dominated non-productive pesticide poisoning (435/728) There was statistical significance (χ2 = 82.8, P <0.05). In non-productive pesticide poisoning, the gender differences were statistically significant (χ2 = 11.2, P <0.05), far more than women themselves taking pesticides. The average age of male in the pesticide poisoning was (47.4 ± 20.2) years old and (41.4 ± 17.2) years in the female. There was significant difference in age between the two sexes (t = 5.0, P <0.05). With the increase of age, the death rate of poisoning people gradually increased, and the difference was statistically significant (χ2 = 15.7, P <0.05). Pesticide poisoning is mainly concentrated in the third quarter, leading to poisoning of pesticides are mainly organic phosphorus insecticides to dominate the dichlorvos and methamidophos. Conclusion Pesticide poisoning mainly occurred in the third quarter, mainly pesticides and pesticides. Non-productive poisoning has become a major type of poisoning, a serious threat to the lives of residents.
