2000年4月5日至6日 ,“山东省中小学创新教育实验与研究工作会议”在莱州市召开 ,受省教育厅厅长滕昭庆同志的委托 ,山东省人民政府教育督导室主任马钊同志出席会议并作了重要讲话 ,中央教科所所长、全国教育科学规划办公室主任、全国创新教育研究与实验课题组组长、博士生导师阎利钦教授到会作了“素质教育与创新教育”主题报告 ,中央教科所所长助理、全国创新教育研究与实验课题组秘书长田慧生博士到会祝贺。来自全省300多所实验学校的校长参加了这次会议。会间 ,本刊记者就我省创新教育实验与研究的有关问题采访了山东省教科所副所长、山东省中小学创新教育实验与研究课题组组长张志勇研究员。
From April 5th to April 6th, 2000, the “Shandong Primary and Secondary Schools Innovative Education Experiment and Research Work Conference” was held in Laizhou City and entrusted by Comrade Teng Zhaoqing, Director of the Provincial Department of Education, Comrade Ma Wei, Director of Education Supervision Office of Shandong Provincial People’s Government. Attending the meeting and making important speeches, the director of the Central Institute of Education, the director of the National Education Science Planning Office, the leader of the National Innovation Education Research and Experimental Research Team, and the doctoral tutor Dr. Li Liqin delivered a keynote speech entitled “Quality Education and Innovation Education” , Dr. Tian Huisheng, Assistant Secretary of the Central Institute of Education and Secretary of the National Innovation Education Research and Experimental Group, congratulated the meeting. Principals from more than 300 experimental schools across the province attended the conference. During the meeting, this reporter interviewed Zhang Zhiyong, the deputy director of the Shandong Provincial Institute of Education and the leader of the Experimental and Research Group for Innovative Education and Research in Shandong Elementary and Secondary Schools, on issues relating to experimental and research innovation education in our province.
