荷苞豆荷苞豆学名为大粒利马豆（Ｐｈａｓｅｏｌｕｓ ｌｉｍｅｎｓｉｓＭａｃｆ．），是一个地方蔬菜良种，为一年生蔓生植物。它与一般豆类一样富含蛋白质和多种维生素。其独特之处是豆粒特别大，鲜豆百粒重可达４００～５００克，干豆百粒重１５０克左右
