近年来,随着我国教育制度的不断完善,教育水平的不断提高,我国逐渐由传统的应试教育转变为素质教育,这也对高校体育教学提出了更高的要求。在体育生活化视野下对高校体育进行改革,不仅能够提高高校体育教学的整体质量和水平,同时还能优化高校体育教学效果。简述中职院校体育教学的创新与培养,提出几点有效的措施和建议,以提高我国中职体育教学的整体质量和水平。
In recent years, with the continuous improvement of China’s education system and continuous improvement of education, our country has gradually transformed from the traditional examination-oriented education into quality education, which also sets higher requirements for college physical education. In the view of sports life, the reform of PE in colleges and universities can not only improve the overall quality and level of physical education in colleges and universities, but also optimize the PE teaching in colleges and universities. Briefly introduce the innovation and cultivation of physical education in secondary vocational schools and put forward some effective measures and suggestions to improve the overall quality and level of physical education in secondary vocational schools.
